We are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager for a leading manufacturer, to manage a number of accounts and win new business. Our client supply to the rail, construction, demolition and highways industries and are a European leader in their respective field. This is a great opportunity for someone to work within a newly established team in a market with huge potential. You will ensure that turnover, volume targets and margins are achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage existing accounts and win new business
– Identify new industries to work within
– Visit clients as and when required
– Implement sales and account plans
– Manage and keep client CRM system up to date
– Work cohesively with a small close-knit sales team
– Complete visit reports when meeting clients
– Identify new market trends and follow up on potential opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
– Full driving license
– Experience in selling and managing accounts
– Computer literate
– Ability to demonstrate competency in selling and account management
– Professional and resilient
– Ability to work within a team
– Strong time management
