Are you a super bright, discreet, numerate EA, looking for a part-time role, 2 days a week: Tuesday and Wednesdays?
Do you have experience of working in a family office, providing seamless private EA support?
Our client is looking for a scrupulous, 100% reliable EA to work in their beautiful London home. If you have a genuine interest in a permanent 2 day a week role, we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing day to day:

* All the administration associated with homes globally
\t
* Reconciling all accounts and payments meticulously
\t
* Managing insurances, payments of bills
\t
* Tech support with new equipment
\t
* Arranging travel, visas, etc.
\t
* Occasionally handling the administration for events, invitations, dinners
\t
* Handling online shopping
\t
* Dealing with deliveries
\t
* Managing household facilities administration including builders, gardener, cars
The skills you need to bring:

* To be ultimately very practical, extremely loyal and hard working
\t
* Excellent tech skills
\t
* A very good eye for detail
\t
* Previous experience in a similar role
\t
* Numeracy
\t
* Experience of reconciling accounts
