About the Role
Orderlies play an integral part in the patient journey,ensuring the professional delivery of exceptional quality care in ourfacilities. Our team provides essential orderly services within AshburtonHealth Campus seven days a week.
The role also covers back of house functions including wasteremoval, linen distribution and movement of equipment associated with patientcare.
We are looking for candidates that have great customerservice skills and can relate to a range of people.
To be considered for this role you will need to bephysically fit to be able to work on your feet for your entire shift as well asbeing able to move patients around the hospital with ease and professionalism.
Starting rate$27.80 hour. Based on the Etū Multi-EmployerCollective Agreement, with time and a half on weekends and double time onstatutory holidays.

* Fulldrivers’ licence – preferred
* Physicallyfit and be able to be on your feet for an entire shift as the roleinvolves a lot of walking around the hospital.
* Excellentcustomer service skills and be able to work in an inclusive teamenvironment.
* Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Anenthusiastic and people-focussed approach to your work.
