Build customer solutions that win in complex, distributor‑led markets.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Manager to shape and deliver best‑in‑class customer and channel activation across priority EMEA markets (outside the UK).
This is a strategic customer marketing role - partnering closely with Sales and Brand teams to design the right customer solutions, toolkits and propositions that unlock distribution, visibility and growth across diverse retail and on‑trade environments.
What you’ll be doing
* Translating brand strategy into customer‑led activation solutions across EMEA
* Partnering with regional sales teams to shape commercially relevant customer propositions
* Developing scalable customer marketing toolkits for distributor‑led markets
* Adapting global campaigns to local shopper behaviour and channel realities
* Supporting new market launches, distribution expansion and premiumisation
* Sharing best practice and performance learnings across markets
You’ll help shape what great activation looks like, working closely with Customer Activation teams who bring it to life.
What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years’ experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing
* Experience working across multiple markets or distributor‑led environments
* Strong understanding of on‑trade and off‑trade activation
* Commercially curious, confident partnering with sales teams
* FMCG or drinks experience preferred
