We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing, family-run garden centre in Oxfordshire. You’ll lead a skilled team in delivering outstanding service, ensuring the restaurant becomes a top destination for quality food and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager….
9. Overseeing front of house operations to ensure a clean, inviting environment with consistently high standards of food safety and allergen awareness.
10. Driving restaurant sales to meet or exceed targets, ensuring revenue growth and high guest satisfaction.
11. Achieving top-notch Mystery Shopper scores (80%+), maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
12. Managing the wages/salaries budget against sales, making sure financial targets are met while staying within agreed ratios.
13. Leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service, while implementing effective improvement plans for continued success.
