About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our LFC Foundation team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering promotional materials across Foundation and club channels.
What will you be doing?
1. Support and collaborate with colleagues to develop impactful multi-channel campaigns that showcase our storytelling and brand narrative.
2. Ensure compliance and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign platforms.
3. Deliver a variety of creative assets including social media content, emails, web banners, digital and print adverts, outdoor signage, and curriculum materials.
4. Maintain the LFC Foundation’s visual identity, keeping brand guidelines up to date and adhered to.
5. Comply with safeguarding policies and ensure outputs are compliant with relevant legislation to protect the charity and minimize risk.
6. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets and work closely with marketing and business development teams.
Who are we looking for?
Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent in graphic design and have experience developing content, graphics, and layouts from initial briefs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML email, web technologies, and Microsoft Office is required. Experience in video content creation/editing and background in marketing or communications within both commercial and non-profit sectors is desirable. Knowledge of financial planning and management is a plus.
The candidate should demonstrate strong graphic design skills, excellent communication, and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
