Our client, a growing property management and appliance retailer, is looking for a proactive Account Coordinator to manage repair and replacement work orders and support the sales team during busy periods. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable and confident in both admin and customer-facing tasks. What you will do? Coordinate and schedule repair and replacement jobs Liaise with contractors, engineers and internal teams Track progress, chase documentation and process invoices Maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries Support the showroom during peak times (greet customers, assist with quotes) What you’ll bring? 1–2 years’ admin experience Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Confident with Microsoft Office Proactive, professional and a team player Why join?
