The Role

Requirements
* 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
* Proven experience scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products.
* Strong technical background in modern software development and cloud technologies.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
