Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training & Procedures Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This role requires a procedures expert with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with airline partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a well-organised library of training resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Management: Ensure all training documents and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards.
* Airline Liaison: Maintain regular communication with airlines to ensure documentation aligns with their current requirements.
* Procedures Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on procedural matters to staff and trainers.
* Training Resource Management: Develop and maintain a centralised library of training materials to support consistent and effective delivery.
* Training Integration: Collaborate closely with senior learning and development leadership to ensure corporate training content is effectively integrated.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on training performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
* Software Implementation: Lead the adoption and use of new software tools to enhance training efficiency and document control.
* Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative methods for delivering training that support operational goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in training management, procedural development, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of SOPs within the airline or aviation industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in training software and document management systems
* Strong analytical skills for reporting and process improvement
* Experience working in a multi-region, international business (desirable)
