About the role
1. Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including stakeholder management, sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, and final candidate selection across the UK and Ireland.
2. Maintain a prominent level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect recruitment
3. Support stakeholders capability with the interviewing process and networking through recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn
4. Create and manage talent pools
5. Identify, spot, own and deliver opportunities for process improvement and value add resourcing projects outside of BAU
6. Create compelling adverts that support the attraction of talent to C&C Group
7. Pro-actively network across the business to obtain detailed knowledge of each area so you have a full understanding of the business, creating strong relatioships with the HRBP community across the Group.
8. Enhance candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
9. Comfortable managing relationships effectively as well as collaborating with colleagues in a virtual environment.
About you
10. Experience from within an in-house/TA position
11. Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation
12. Direct sourcing experience and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, talent pools, headhunting other channels
13. Experience of using and configuring an ATS
14. Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders
15. Customer focused and aim to deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience
16. Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
17. Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and always meeting deadlines
