Job Purpose
As Audit Senior, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
* Leading audits from planning to completion, including fieldwork and reporting
* Reviewing junior team members’ work and providing constructive feedback
* Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their first point of contact
* Supporting the development of junior staff through mentoring and training
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects, such as due diligence and business advisory

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or a finalist with relevant audit experience in UK practice
* Have strong technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
* Be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills
* Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior staff members
* Be confident in managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines effectively
