As a Manager, Patient Recruitment, you will be responsible for partnering with Clinical Study Team Lead (CSTL), Participant Recruitment (PR), GSSO roles, and Clinical roles to enable the predictable delivery of our clients portfolio. What You Will Be Doing: The Feasibility Strategy & Analytics Lead acts as the primary contact for study teams, developing evidence-based country and site strategies to support successful clinical trial delivery. This includes recommended country and site selection, enrolment planning, and protocol optimization strategies. Working closely with cross-functional analytics and recruitment teams, the role ensures alignment with platform capabilities and may provide ongoing support to reassess and refine enrolment strategies through to recruitment completion. The FSAL leads early feasibility planning by delivering initial enrolment timelines, identifying potential country footprints, analysing competitive and treatment landscapes, and defining key assumptions to inform operational planning. They also ensure continuity across the study lifecycle, connecting insights from early estimates through to study start-up and first patient visit. Deliver site analytics as studies progress from evaluation through to Pre-Trial Assessment and final site selection. This includes patient volume modelling by site segment, diversity feasibility, competitive landscape analysis, and key performance drivers identified by the study team. Using internal, external, and regional intelligence, develop strategic scenarios and recommendations to optimise site footprint, improve enrolment timelines, and support informed decision-making. Your Profile: BS / RN / MS & 7 years relevant experience PhD / MD and 3 years relevant experience Knowledge of Drug development, a thorough understanding of the processes associated with global country and site feasibility, clinical study start-up and business operations Experience in clinical research, including clinical trial conduct, knowledge of GCP and a good understanding of the processes associated with study/project management, monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations History of success in a customer service role with demonstration of meeting customer expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation and facilitation skills. Well-developed strategic planning, observation, analytical operational execution and problem-solving skills Strong business consultancy skills, including ability to persuade, negotiate, and moderate conflict Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements, while providing attention to detail and high quality work.
