We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to work a 6-month contract for our client 1-2 days per week onsite in Reading.
Description
Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of HR services, processes, data and systems, working to agreed service levels and delivering a customer centric service. Assess and maintain the quality of HR data within our HRIS, providing analysis and representation to support the business to gain insight from its data.
Main requirements
* Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics
* Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
* Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team as requested.

3. Excellent Excel skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

6. Can articulate to non-tech stakeholders.
