The Role:
* Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping students with additional needs (SEN/SEMH) to reach their full potential
* Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are advantageous)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
* A genuine passion for working with young people
