As a Claims handler you will manage commercial claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient evaluation and processing. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless claims resolution. - Analyse claims data to identify trends and develop strategies for risk reduction. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers. - Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal settlement terms. Applicants will need experience dealing with commercial insurance policies and claims procedures, excellent client relationship and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused with the ability to navigate complex situations.
