A leading global fund administration provider is seeking for an experience Director to join their team in their Jersey office. The candidate will be a key member of the leadership team who work together to achieve strategic & financial success, driving the company & managing the associated challenges of a dynamic & fast-growing business. You will play an important role in helping the business to meet its real potential. As Director & Operational Lead of the Fund Services Teams, you will be required to manage key client relationships through effective leadership of teams to deliver a superior standard of service in the marketplace. You will oversee the implementation of strategic business plans and recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities for the business, ensuring that growth is managed and sustained. Working closely with the Business Development team in other jurisdictions, you will act as a higher authority client contact on day-to-day queries and in event of any issues within the teams. Participate in client fee quotes, negotiations and regular reviews. Lead and/or participate in new client proposals and pitches and manage the onboarding process. Manage the performance management & development of all direct reports into you as well as providing oversight in an operational lead capacity to non-direct reports. You will be expected to hold either ACA/ACCA, CISI or ICSA/CGI qualifications and have considerable PQE in the Financial Services Sector, with a core focus on fund administration and/or accounting.
