1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, long term

We’re working with a brilliant SEN school who are looking for a calm, caring Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. The school is warm, well-led, and full of staff who genuinely care about doing the right thing for their students.
What you’ll be doing
1. Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
2. Helping them access learning, build routines, and feel safe
3. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and therapists
4. Supporting sensory breaks and emotional regulation
5. Creating a positive, predictable environment that helps your pupil thrive

7. Experience with autism, SEMH, or complex needs is a bonus
