About the Role
CMR is working with a high-performing, fast-growing payroll and accountancy business that supports thousands of contractors across the UK. Theyre not your typical provider

Theyre now looking for a talented
New Business Team Manager
to lead their front-line sales function
a high-volume team focused on converting contractor enquiries into loyal, long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of New Business Executives
Run morning stand-ups, coaching sessions and 1:1s to drive performance
Own team KPIs across umbrella, CIS and PEO products
Work with leadership to evolve sales scripts, tools and processes
Spot opportunities for cross-selling into accountancy and partner services
Maintain energy, accountability and results in a fast-paced environment
What Theyre Looking For
?
Experience managing an
inbound and outbound sales team
?
Ideally from
financial services
(e.g. insurance, mortgages, utilities, banking)
?
Track record of performance coaching and leading from the front
?
Commercially savvy and confident using data to drive improvements
?
Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and set the tone for the team
Umbrella payroll experience isnt required
but the ability to lead a results-driven team in a regulated environment absolutely is.
