We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Residential Care team in Scarborough, QLD, where you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of older people living with high care, palliative, or dementia needs. This is a permanent full-time role located in Scarborough, a stunning suburb of the Redcliffe Peninsular community. You’ll work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced team, making a meaningful impact each day by helping our residents live with purpose, movement, and comfort. In this fulfilling role, you will: Create, implement, and evaluate individualised physiotherapy care plans Deliver treatment and wellness-focused interventions to support mobility, function, and quality of life Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care Promote dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing for every resident Skills And Experiences You are a values-driven professional who brings warmth, resilience, and a desire to make a difference.
