The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone ready to lead a sales team, drive commercial strategy, and own key retail relationships. You’ll work closely with the Directors to scale revenue, evolve process, and guide a talented, energetic team to even greater heights.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a growing team of BDRs and Account Managers
* Define and deliver against sales targets, account strategies, and growth plans
* Own performance across key UK retail accounts, both online and high street
* Identify new business opportunities and drive incremental growth
* Collaborate on forecasting, sales strategy, and long-term commercial planning
* Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations for seamless execution
* Bring clarity, pace, and process to how the sales team operates
* Inspire and energise your team with hands-on support and strategic oversight
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience leading high-performing sales or account teams
* Strong commercial acumen – ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer tech
* Confident relationship-builder with senior retail stakeholders
* Track record of driving revenue, building process, and scaling performance
* Resilient, fast-paced, and ready to roll up your sleeves
* Motivational leadership style with a natural ability to get the best out of people
* Full UK driving licence
