We are seeking an experienced and highly organised personal assistant to provide efficient and professional admin support to the Director of finance and the Director of estates and facilities. Responsibilities
* Manage busy diaries.
* Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and papers.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Admin or PA experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive and flexible approach.
