Bright Start 2.0 is a four-year initiative funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. It aims to enhance the professional competence of child care center (CCC) practitioners in delivering high-quality educare services for infants and toddlers. The project will also engage parents, caregivers, and community service units to deepen their understanding of educare practices, fostering knowledge transfer and empowerment.
Overview
Responsibilities
* Conduct literature reviews to inform research objectives.
* Collaborate with the Research Officer to develop data collection tools, including questionnaires and interview protocols.
* Perform various tasks related to data collection and analysis.
* Assist in preparing materials and drafting reports for research publications and presentations.
* Facilitate collaboration within the research team to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree in any disciplines.
* At least 2 years of post-qualification working experience in the fields of education and social science.
* Experience in managing online research databases and tools.
* Skills in conducting both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
* Familiarity with data analysis software, such as SPSS or NVivo.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Good organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
