Are you a talented Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner looking for your next career move? We’re seeking a driven and knowledgeable Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to become a key part of our dynamic team. As a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising a diverse client base on matters including commercial contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions. You’ll bring your legal expertise to the table and help shape strategic decisions that support our clients' commercial goals.
To be successful in this Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor role, you’ll need at least 1–2 years of experience in commercial conveyancing or a similar area. We're looking for someone with a sharp legal mind, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor:
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
* Advising clients on legal matters related to commercial transactions
* Researching and interpreting relevant laws and regulations
* Offering guidance on corporate governance and compliance
* Collaborating with external solicitors and professional advisors
* Representing clients in court when necessary
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
This Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor position offers a competitive salary (dependent on experience), a performance-based bonus scheme tied to monthly billing, and a company pension plan. You’ll also benefit from a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend work.
