Are you driven by a love for vintage vehicles and a dedication to craftsmanship? Our client, a renowned family-run classic car restoration specialist based in Alton, Hampshire, is seeking a junior and enthusiastic Classic Car Engineer to help bring timeless masterpieces back to life.
This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on pre-1980s, post and pre war era classics, combining expertise with enthusiasm to ensure each vehicle is restored to the highest standards. Supporting the senior engineers in the workshop, you will be learning the trade from the best!

5. Working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Duties as a Semi Skilled Classic Car Technician will include:
8. Assisting senior technicians with classic car restoration projects as well as working on your own
9. Gaining hands-on experience in mechanical and bodywork tasks
10. Learning to diagnose and carry out repairs on vintage vehicles
11. Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of workmanship
12. Maintaining accurate records of work performed
Requirements that the Semi Skilled Classic Car Technician will need:
13. Genuine interest and passion for classic cars and restoration
14. Experience or hands-on involvement in classic car projects (portfolio appreciated)
15. Good communication skills and eager to learn
16. Ability to work well within a team and focus on attention to detail
17. Basic mechanical knowledge or engineering background is essential
