The Role You will be supporting with managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring stock is stored correctly and securely. Additionally, you will be handling deliveries and checking for damaged or incorrect items. Furthermore, you will be assisting with stock takes, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, and there is a chance that you may be operating forklifts or other machinery. Please note this is temporary role for 3 - 6 months (Potential to go permanent) Duties/Responsibilities Processing all received deliveries Loading / unloading vehicles Purchase order processing Transferring processed items to NXSO Raising NCR / SNCR (Problem Paperwork) Deliveries 5’s audit of area and general house keeping of area Empty Location / Pallets (from generated report) KPI’s (Daily Delivery’s, Outstanding Goods in, Outstanding SNCR’s) Creating goods inwards labels (attached to Direct items) Maintaining temporary storage pallet area, put-away shelf and put-away pallet area Creating put-away / pallet labels, pick face locations and overflow locations Assist with PI counts Segregate vehicle componentry during put-away Maintaining and upkeep of new development product warehouse Pallet utilisation and consolidation Personal Specification Forklift Truck License (B1 Category) (advantageous) Powered Pallet Truck License (A5 & A1 Category) (advantageous) Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and teamwork are essential for success in this role Have worked within a diverse and fast paced environment PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT AGENCY APPLICATIONS
