Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our management team, overseeing a multi-disciplined team of Cleaners, Security Guards, and Waste Operatives. As a Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the highest standards of Security and Environmental services within a busy, town centre-based shopping and leisure facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate your team to ensure the highest service standards in Security, Cleaning, and Waste Management.
* Develop yourself and your team through ongoing training, coaching and mentorship.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring all team members feel valued and respected.
* Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks according to business, team, and individual needs.
* Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring visitors experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Attributes & Skills
* A passion for customer service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
* Previous front-line leadership experience in either Housekeeping or Security.
* Ability to develop and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
* A clear and articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
* Strong decision-making and task prioritization skills, maintaining efficiency and high service levels.
* A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
