Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape and deliver impactful solutions that align with organisational strategy and long-term objectives. The Role In this role, you will: Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver clear customer value and measurable commercial benefits. Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure input, alignment, and commitment throughout delivery. Elicit, document, and agree end-to-end requirements spanning people, processes, and technology. Contribute across multiple workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value initiatives.
