Hours

Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs a week


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator / Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting colleagues across the business.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.
* Handle incoming queries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
* Assist with data entry, database management, and filing systems.
* Support internal projects and contribute to process improvements.
* Oversee junior administrators and provide guidance where required.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex queries.
* Take ownership of key administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies.


Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
