Job Description Room Leader – Level 3 Early Years | £30,300 | 40 Hours Per Week, All Year Round Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to bring passion, creativity, and leadership to their thoughtfully designed nursery. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential. Previous Room Leader experience in an early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to childcare.
