Support Worker – Monmouth Hours: Day shifts between 7am–8pm | Sleep-in shifts 3pm–11pm sleep-in overnight We are looking for full time support worker for a temp to perm opportunity at a well-established supported living site in Monmouth! What the Role Involves: Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care Encouraging independence and community engagement Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately What We’re Looking For: Experience in supported living or community-based care A full UK driving licence (essential for community support) A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one Shift Details: Day shifts: Between 7am and 8pm Sleep-in shifts: 3pm to 11pm, followed by a sleep-in overnight What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Temp-to-perm opportunity with room for progression The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives Ready to join a team that truly cares?
