Pay: £165 – £245 per day (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm | Full-Time

Position Overview
An Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school close to the heart of Salisbury is seeking a Science Teacher to join their growing team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role running until December 2025, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The school currently supports around 850 students aged 11–16 and is continuing to expand, making this an exciting time to join. You’ll play a key role in inspiring curiosity and achievement in Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive and forward-thinking department.
What You’ll Be Doing
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons for mixed abilities.
Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons that bring Science to life.
Monitoring student progress and providing meaningful feedback.
Creating a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and high achievement.
Collaborating with a welcoming Science department and contributing to whole-school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or on the path to gaining QTS).
Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for Science and inspiring young learners.
Commitment to high standards and safeguarding.
