We are seeking to appoint a Senior Office Administrator to work in our school office 5 afternoons a week from 12:30 to 4:30.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience of ordering, invoicing, and managing supplies and resources.
* Is warm, friendly, and greets visitors professionally, maintaining confidentiality.
* Wants to learn and grow in their role and support the school in running efficiently.
* Can ensure the website is up to date and meets all statutory requirements.
* Can collate attendance data on Arbor & Excel to ensure good attendance for all children.
* Can ensure safeguarding, including safer recruitment practices, is followed. Keep the SCR up to date.
* Can support in keeping all risk assessments current & follow H&S practices.
