Telesales Executive

Salary: Up to £40,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the head of sales with calls, visits, reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed.
* Actively making outbound sales calls to potential clients.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to promote the product range.
* Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling to increase sales.
* Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Organising sample requests.
* Supporting marketing initiatives, including preparing materials for sales presentations and events.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in telesales or a customer-focused role, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Customer service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documents.
