Industrious recruitment are currently recruiting for a manufacturing site in Milton Keynes in a growing business, developing a range of skills initially as a Production Operator. As process skills are mastered, the hourly pay increases.

Learning to operate manufacturing machinery that includes manual handling and heavy lifting.

Hours and Location of Work
38.5 hours per week – rotating shifts with a 30m unpaid break Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm

The basic annual leave entitlement is 20 working days plus 8 statutory holidays. Additional holidays are based on length of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
