We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Supervisor who understands the UK care sector inside out and can confidently work on the ground with integrity and professionalism.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Field Supervisor within the UK care sector
Valid UK driving licence (essential)
Hands-on experience with care management systems
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Proven experience conducting spot checks, staff supervisions, and audits
Solid understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Available to join ASAP
Languages: Hindi or Gujarati (preferred) and English
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular spot checks to ensure high-quality care delivery
* Carry out staff supervisions and performance monitoring
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Support care staff in the field and provide guidance when needed
* Participate in audits and quality assurance processes
