Our artisan bakers and baristas are the core of our business, and we are continually striving to improve upon what we do.
Our bakery production kitchen is based on site at our Bedlington location which is fully equipped to handle a large production. Our team of Bakers produce hand crafted pastries as well as sourdough bread, because we do not sell a mass amount of our products for wholesale, we are able to have a huge focus on innovation and creativity across our range. The whole team is encouraged to have menu input and develop bread & pastry ideas for the range, under the guidance of the kitchen management team.
We are looking for an Baker to join our team as we expand. We are people-focused and are looking for an individual who thrives in working within a team and is looking to progress their skills in a Baker role.
Candidate must be:
* Experienced in areas of bread - Organised, a good communicator, and able to manage own workload efficiently- Quality driven, with meticulous attention to detail- Innovative, creative and determined to be the best- Genuinely interested in our products and passionate about food- Well-presented, adaptable and a good team player. Must be able to work shifts between 2:00am-2:00pm Monday to Saturday over 5 Days.
Responsibilities:
* Working within the team on the daily production of our Bread - Ensuring all products are made to the highest level of quality and consistency expected- Ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld at all times- Ensuring compliance with food and health and safety regulations
