Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4. Promote curiosity, global awareness, and critical thinking through engaging teaching. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons to meet a range of needs. Participate in curriculum planning and subject enrichment activities. Support pastoral development and contribute to the wider school community. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues across the humanities faculty and beyond. Qualifications and Experience: QTS or expected QTS by September 2025. A degree in Geography or a related field. Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. Passion for geography and student-centred learning. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding responsibilities. Willingness to engage in ongoing CPD and school life.
