Job Title: Retirement Living Co-ordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,965.41 (pro rata) (£27,112.48 after 18 months of successful performance)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, part time
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am-3.30pm including lunch break

The role of a Retirement Living Co-ordinator involves:
Working as part of a team committed to ‘best practice’ in social housing, facilitating the coordination and delivery of services to retirement living customers across designated schemes. Responsibilities include service, facilities, and housing management, as well as monitoring service level agreements with partners.
About you:
We seek candidates with:
* Relevant experience working with older and/or vulnerable people
* Good understanding of housing management
* Experience managing relationships with partner agencies/organisations
* Formal qualifications in housing, care, or support are advantageous

Role Profile:
Coordinate and deliver professional services to Retirement Living customers, ensuring standards and compliance across schemes.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Meeting occupancy, rent collection, and arrears targets
* Monitoring service contracts and liaising with partners
* Supporting customers with occupancy agreements and welfare benefits
* Conducting site inspections and managing anti-social behaviour issues
* Maintaining records and using housing management systems
* Assessing housing needs and promoting customer involvement
* Ensuring health and safety compliance and safeguarding policies
Key Performance Indicators:
* Customer satisfaction and service levels
* Rent arrears, voids, and re-let days within targets
* Compliance with health and safety standards and complaint handling
Person Specification:
* Experience with older/vulnerable populations
