Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tenant Services Coordinator, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Tenant Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing tenant relations, providing administrative assistance, overseeing property management, and delivering exemplary customer service. Daily tasks will include coordinating with tenants, addressing tenant inquiries, processing tenancy applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the housing facilities.
