My client is a premier multi-disciplinary clinic located in the heart of Marylebone, surrounded by charming shops and cafés. The clinic is dedicated to providing world-class expertise for all healthcare needs, and they are looking for a talented Medical Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks.
1. Start date asap
2. 6 weeks with possible extension
3. Hourly rate: £20.00 per hour plus holiday pay
4. Private outpatients clinic
5. Location: Marylebone
About the Role:
As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This on site position will involve working closely with our Medical Secretary Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
6. Managing patient appointments and ensuring an efficient scheduling system
7. Assisting with the preparation of medical documentation and reports
8. Handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care
9. Coordinating with our team of esteemed consultants to facilitate seamless patient care
10. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
11. Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
14. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software systems
