Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to GBP42,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and deliver high:quality maintenance services to a range of FM clients.
Main duties will include:
* Conduct routine electrical maintenance, including inspection, testing, and repairs of
wiring, fixtures, and electrical equipment.
* Diagnose and fix electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Perform installation and upgrade work on electrical systems, including lighting, power
distribution, and control systems.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams on larger projects.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a commercial or residential
* setting.
* Strong diagnostic and problem:solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Inspection and testing (EICR)
