The Role:
As a FOH Waiting Staff at The Welsh House, Swansea, you'll work front-of-house operations and bar service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Offer unrivalled guest experience
* Ensure the FOH area is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
* Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:
* Passion for Welsh culture and hospitality.
* Previous experience in a role within a bar or restaurant setting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
