Job Title: Social Worker – Court Team
Location: Derby
Rate: £36 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experience Qualified Social Worker to join the Court Team team in Chesterfield.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage a caseload, including high-risk and complex cases, related to child protection, care and support, and court actions. You will undertake assessments, design care plans, and determine external support within budget. Working in partnership with various services, you will ensure resource efficiency and adapt social work techniques to meet individual needs. You will safeguard adults and children at risk, respond to immediate crises, and make best interest decisions. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues and students, conduct best interest assessments, prepare court reports, and chair relevant meetings.
Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
