Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to build positive mental health, confidence, and resilience?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Worker to join our OUR Generation delivery team. You will deliver engaging, youth work–informed mental health and wellbeing programmes, including resilience-building sessions, youth leadership activities, and training for teachers, youth workers, and community practitioners.
Working in partnership with schools, youth organisations, and community groups, you will help strengthen peace, connection, and emotional wellbeing across communities. The programme is supported through PEACEPLUS (managed by SEUPB) and focuses on improving mental health, resilience, and wellbeing for children, young people, and those who support them.
You will build strong partnerships, support high-quality programme delivery, contribute to monitoring and evaluation, and work in line with safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and organisational policies.
We’re looking for someone with strong facilitation skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for youth mental health. In return, we offer a supportive team environment, development opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference.
