Key Requirements and Responsibilities
* Qualifications: Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).
* Experience: Proven experience working as a qualified plumber, handling a variety of domestic and light commercial plumbing tasks (e.g., repairs, installations, fault finding, maintenance).
* Mobile Operations: Comfort and proficiency with a mobile, field‑based role. Must hold a valid, UK Driving Licence.
* Technology Use: Essential experience using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone for daily job functions, including:
o Receiving and managing digital work orders.
o Logging job notes, materials used, and time on site.
o Completing digital job reports and invoices.
o Communicating with the office and customers via email/app.
* Technical Skills: Competence in installing and repairing hot and cold water systems, working with drainage systems and waste disposal, installing and maintaining sanitaryware and appliances; basic knowledge of central heating systems is a plus.
* Customer Service: Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a courteous manner when interacting with clients.
* Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, highly organised, and capable of working independently.
* Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
