We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites in Sheffield.
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
* Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
* Respond promptly to emergency call‑outs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Complete accurate job reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.
About You
* Qualified in a core trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above.
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments.
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
