Permanent – part time – term time only plus Inset days working 39 weeks per year
23 hours per week – Monday, 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:30a.m. – 2:00p.m.
Grade 2 SCP3 £24,795 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £13,316 per annum
Start date: As soon as possible
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a committed and hardworking Catering Assistant as detailed above to join our existing catering team and evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will assist and support the Catering Manager and catering team in the operation of the school’s catering service. Key responsibilities of the job role will include, basic preparation of food and beverages, basic cooking under supervision, transporting and serving meals, washing up and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and school dining areas.
