COMPANY:
My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and fast-growing workload. They are looking to strengthen their team further with a Preconstruction Design Manager to tender on a range of Student Accommodation, PRS, and Hotel projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of the Building Sector.
* Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
* Ideally, experience on PRS, Hotels, and Student Accommodation projects.
* Will also consider candidates with experience on other general build construction projects, provided they have strong preconstruction/tender experience.
* Previous employment with a Main Contractor is essential.
* High level of communication skills.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).
* Flexibility to travel and visit sites nationwide.
LOCATION: Northampton office, with some remote work available.
