* Understanding Industry-Specific Requirements: Collaborate with customers to analyse and identify unique skills needs across different industries, ensuring alignment with their business goals and challenges.
* Developing Tailored Skills Frameworks: Create and refine skills libraries and frameworks that are precisely customised to meet industry-specific needs, ensuring they support growth and innovation.
* Implementing Skill Structures Using Partner Solutions: Design, deploy, and optimise skill frameworks utilising our partners advanced tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and EightFold.AI to meet our customer objectives effectively.
* Enhancing Talent Management: Enable HR departments to manage talent more efficiently through skill libraries, improving processes related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
* Driving Skill Development: Assist customers in identifying skill gaps and propose strategies for continuous workforce development and upskilling.
* Providing Insights and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis for skill application and talent management improvement.
* Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions that align with organisational goals.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Skills and Talent Architect, located in Reading, with some work from home flexibility. The Skills and Talent Architect will be responsible for helping customers in designing Skills architecture, integrating people systems, and creating skills based architectural designs. The role will involve managing Talent and skill based projects to ensure the effective implementation of HR Tech AI solutions, contributing to both collaborative environments and individual client needs.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in analysing and understanding industry-specific skills requirements.
* Experience in designing and implementing skills frameworks and libraries tailored to diverse customer needs.
* Proficiency in leveraging solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and EightFold.AI for talent management.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address skill gaps.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, with relevant work experience in skills or talent architecture.
