Role Overview We are recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Job Coach to lead our Retail strand of social enterprises. This is a hands-on role across three sites, combining coaching, quality assurance, stock management, and customer fulfilment. Youll model inclusive working practices and help our service users build valuable skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities 1.
Coaching & Session Delivery Deliver coaching to service users across all retail activities including production and fulfilment. Run scheduled enterprise sessions across all sites. Encourage active participation and skill development in each retail activity. 2.
Stock & Product Management Maintain and monitor stock levels. Uphold quality control systems and product standards. 3.
Service User Journey Collaborate on co-production and person-centred planning. Facilitate 1:1 and small group learning and development. Ensure safe practice, signage, and structured delivery at all sites. 4.
Collaboration Partner with the Digital Job Coach to optimise impact and consistency. Build positive relationships with stakeholders and community partners. Person Specification Essential: Retail or social enterprise experience. Strong computer literacy and digital skills. Familiarity with sewing, printing, or pottery. Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent. Desirable: Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism (or willingness to learn). Coaching or care-related qualifications. Experience in stock control and quality systems. Skills & Competencies Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Organised, adaptable, and collaborative. Proficient in data handling and planning across multiple sites. Passionate about inclusion, innovation, and enterprise learning.
